Terms of Service

These terms outline what you receive, how calculations are verified, our service commitments, and how you are permitted to use your delivered birth chart document.

1. The Service and What You Are Buying

When you place an order on Astrodai, you are purchasing an individually calculated, audit-grade astrological document generated from the birth parameters (date, exact time, and geographic location) that you provide. The document is delivered electronically by email in an unencrypted, open Markdown format designed for human reading, archival storage, and direct analysis with modern artificial intelligence tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or local LLMs). We do not provide physical goods, phone consultations, or ongoing subscription billing.

2. Delivery and Fulfilment Windows

Each chart file is processed, mathematically validated against Swiss Ephemeris coordinates (Lahiri ayanamsha, True Chitrapaksha, to arc-second precision), and manually verified before distribution. Delivery takes place via email within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Every file is sent within two days of your order. Please save your file when it arrives. The download link and our copy are deleted 90 days after delivery, so after that we cannot re-send it.

3. Accuracy Depends on Your Input Details

Astrological houses, ascendant degrees, and divisional charts (such as Navamsha D-9 or Dashamsha D-10) depend entirely on the precision of the birth moment you supply. If your birth time is approximate or unknown, certain house-specific findings cannot be settled with certainty. If you notify us of a revised birth time after receiving your document, we provide one complete recalculation and document rebuild free of charge.

4. Nature of Information and Non-Advice Disclaimer

Astrodai provides traditional Vedic astrological calculations, astronomical timings, and planetary period interpretations for self-reflection, strategic timing, and historical inquiry. Content in your reading does not constitute medical, psychological, financial, investment, or legal advice. Astrodai does not guarantee specific life outcomes, career promotions, investment gains, or marriage events. Decisions made following receipt of a reading remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Rejection of Remedial Fear and Superstition

Astrodai explicitly rejects fear-mongering and superstitious commercial upselling. We do not prescribe or sell gemstones, amulets, yantras, or expensive private rituals to counteract planetary positions (such as Sade Sati, Manglik dosha, or Kaal Sarp). Classical philosophical principles emphasize psychological clarity, personal duty (svadharma), ethical conduct, and emotional equanimity over transactional superstitions.

6. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

Upon payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide personal license to retain, copy, print, export, and utilize your document. You are explicitly authorized to load, paste, or embed your file into any artificial intelligence software, personal knowledge base (such as Obsidian, Notion, or Roam Research), or private archive for personal study. Astrodai retains underlying copyright in the computational engine, interpretive commentary, and formatting methodology.
