Before your file is sent

Full refund, no questions, for any reason.

After your file is sent

If the file is wrong — the wrong chart, corrupted, or computed from details you did not give — we correct it or refund it in full. Because the product is a delivered document, we do not otherwise refund a file that arrived as described.

If your birth time turns out to be wrong

Tell us. We regenerate the file once from the corrected details at no charge.

How long

Refunds are issued within five working days of being agreed, to the original payment method.
