If you change your mind, find that you submitted incorrect birth information, or decide the file is no longer required, simply contact us by email at support@astrodai.in or through our messaging desk. We will cancel the order immediately and issue a 100% full refund with no questions asked and no cancellation fees deducted.

2. Discrepancies, Technical Defects, and Corrupted Files

If your delivered file contains an objective calculation error, technical corruption, or was generated with parameters that differ from the exact birth date, time, or geographic coordinates you entered in the order form, we will rectify the issue immediately. You may choose between receiving an updated, corrected document within 24 hours, or receiving an immediate 100% refund of your purchase price.

3. Free Birth Time Correction Rebuild

Birth times recorded on hospital records or family recollections are occasionally updated after an order has been completed. If you uncover an updated or rectified birth time after receiving your reading, notify us. We will recalculate the entire chart from the newly verified timestamp and deliver a freshly compiled file at zero cost. This free rebuild is provided once for every paid order.

4. Post-Delivery Finality for Delivered Documents

Because an Astrodai document is an unencrypted digital asset that is permanently retained by the recipient once delivered, we do not offer refunds simply because a customer disagrees with traditional astrological doctrine or dislikes a planetary placement. We publish four complete, unedited sample readings on our site so that all prospective buyers can review the exact depth, tone, and format of our work prior to purchase.

5. Refund Processing Timelines and Payment Providers

Approved refunds are initiated within two business days. The funds are reversed directly to the original payment method used during checkout (via Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay). The credit will appear on your bank or credit card statement according to your financial institution’s standard clearing cycle, typically within 3 to 7 business days.
