Details you provide

The order form asks for your contact information, birth details, location as entered, optional gender, and consent for each person. A draft is saved in this browser so you can return to it; use the form’s clear option on a shared device.

Orders and delivery

Online orders and uploaded reports are stored in our private order database. Manual enquiries are shared with the messaging service you choose. Payment providers process your payment details; we keep the order reference and payment status, not your card details.

Email and service providers

When email delivery is enabled, our email provider processes your address and the message or report we send. Hosting and database providers process the information needed to run the service. We do not sell your birth details or submit them to an AI service on your behalf.

Request deletion

Contact us on WhatsApp or Telegram to request deletion of your birth details and report. Payment records may need to be retained separately. Automatic deletion is not currently enabled.
