What happens after you press send

  1. Your details open in WhatsApp or your mail app, already written out. You press send.
  2. We confirm the price and flag anything that will limit the file — an unknown birth time, most often — before you pay.
  3. The file arrives by email within two days, with a short how-to.

Am I paying before I know what I get?

No. Nothing is charged at this step. We confirm the details and the price with you first, and you can walk away then or any time before the file is sent.

What if my birth time is wrong?

Tell us the corrected details and we regenerate the whole file once, free. If the time is unknown, we say what the file can and cannot include before you pay.

What if I pick the wrong file?

Before it is sent, say so and we swap it or refund you in full. The complete file covers the whole chart if you would rather not choose.
